Hotel in Guangzhou

• We will book rooms for you in Vaperse Hotel for November 17-19, 2017 (Nov. 17 check in and Nov. 20 check out) for the conference and will be responsible for the costs.

• If you would like to stay for extra days in Vaperse Hotel, we will book it for you but you will be responsible for the costs. We have a special agreement with the hotel and enjoy promotion price for room booking, which means you will pay less for the extra days. With regard to payment, the hotel staff will present you the bill for extra days for you to pay when you check out.

Reimbursement

All the reimbursement will be arranged by our Financial Department after the conference.For reimbursement, please provide with us the following:

• Detailed bank account information

• Trip to Guangzhou: Original flight/train ticket, all the relevant original invoices (e.g. invoices for flights), boarding pass (hard copy or electric ones).

• Return trip to your work place: Scanned files of your passport, visa page, round trip immigration stamps (may have 4 stamps on one’s passport for round trip), flight/train tickets, boarding pass, and all the other relevant invoices.
